- Proactively identify, target, and acquire new clients in the real estate sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Revenue Generation:
- Drive sales and revenue growth by negotiating and closing deals, with a focus on high-value commercial and residential properties.
- Leverage your network and market knowledge to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Market Expansion:

- Reporting & Analysis:
- Regularly report on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback.
- Analyze data to improve sales strategies and achieve better outcomes.
Requirements/Skills:
- Experience:
- Extensive experience in business development, with a focus on real estate.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, particularly in Delhi NCR.
- Skills:
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to work independently and manage your own business within the larger framework of Setu Realtors.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Strong network of contacts in the real estate industry and the ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.

- Market Research & Analysis: Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute business development strategies that align with Setu Realtors’ goals.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has extensive experience).
