Position Overview:
As a Business Development Manager at Setu Realtors, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients for real estate sales and leasing.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Negotiation: Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market in Delhi NCR.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Job Description:
- Generating/working on new leads & Handling Sales in the Real Estate domain connecting clients, briefing them about projects & understanding their requirement.
- Regular Site visits and follow-up with prospective clients.
- Understand the core values of the company and its goals.
- Research the market and related products for possible business opportunities.
- Present the product favourably and in a structured professional way face to face.
- Create a network of channel partners in the designated area and establish relationships with them
- Maintain and Develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and e-mails.
- Respond to incoming e-mail and Phone enquiries.
- Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential markets.
- Overall responsibility for Sales/Account Management/Sales targets to maximise revenue and meet targets.
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.
- Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
- Comparing properties in the same area and deriving a comparison thereof.
- Suggesting properties with USPs to buyer and resolving their queries.
- Responsible for Sales and Marketing activities for specific Project(s).
- Building Client Relationships and coaching New Team Members
